Villa Camila is a wonderful semi-detached villa for 7 person located at the prestigious residential area of Mal Pas. A mere 100 meters from the beach of Sant Pere, a wonder of nature for its fine sand, crystal clear turquoise waters and stunning Formentor and the Bay of Pollensa.Among pines and look at the sea always present, this Villa stands a garden surrounding the property.It is accessed from the garden and there arrived the hall. From there we walked to the living room - dining room, a spacious and bright space divided into two levels: above the dining room which leads directly to the outside area and a lower level where the area of the comfortable sofas and TV's.From the living room you can access the kitchen of natural wood and fully equipped in which we have a breakfast area.The kitchen leads to the spacious terrace surrounding the house, a large garden, bright, quiet and with sea space.There is a first zone with curtains and table outside to enjoy unforgettable evenings waterfront and a second outer area of sofas, both elegantly decorated, which enjoy the Mediterranean at its finest.On the ground floor there is also a large bathroom (bath and shower).From the hall we went to the first floor where there are three bedrooms and a huge bathroom:- A first Triple Room with 3 single beds (each 90 x190 cm) and a small balcony overlooking the sea. Ideal for little ones.- Below is a Double room with two single beds pushed together (each 90 x190 cm) and a lovely private terrace with a chair and a side table, overlooking the sea, to enjoy the perfect view of the sunset.- In the background are the main room, a double room (180 x 200) with private terrace and sea views. Terrace with spectacular hammock, awning and sea views. The rooms do not have air conditioning, there is only one in the living room.Also on the first floor we have a huge full bath (two sinks, tub, shower, bidet, ...)The ground floor has a large place to store cases and all the things for the beach and holidays. The beautiful garden surrounding the house has an outdoor shower.This magnificent semi-detached villa is located 100 meters from the sea.
There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a DVD player is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom features a shower, a bidet, and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a desk and a microwave, and housekeeping is provided daily.
