Liked: Cleanliness
Good location in Alcudia.
Pros:The house was very well located, nicely decorated, close to the sea and not far from Alcudia centre. You can peep the sea at the end if the street.
The kitchen was well equipped but a dishwater would make things better for long stays.
Good size of rooms, good beds, nice terraces.
We had our privacy, nobody botherd and easy and efficent communication with the agency.
Cons:
- the house is quite outdated, there is a stale smell in the bedrooms, it's poorly isolated, you can hear your neighbours shower.
- one A/c is insufficient especially on very hot days like we had and sleeping with the doors open when you share a single bath with a terribly squeaking doorhandle is a challenge and ruins every night's sleep
- The cleanliness of the house didn't meet our expectations, dirty corners in the bathroom, sticky hood in the kitchen, dust.
- There is a strong mold smell in the furthest beedrooms wardrobe that made us keep the clothes unpackacked in our luggage.
For all these cons this accommodation
seems a bit overpriced.
