The property is located about 700 meters from the sea, with a (free) beach in a strategic area located in the center between Alcamo Marina and Castellammare del Golfo. The accommodation allows you to rest peacefully on the veranda without being disturbed. Its position offers a splendid panoramic view over the entire gulf. The house is located on a raised ground floor of an independent building, it is very bright and consists of 2 double bedrooms and one with 2 single beds, a further 2 extra beds on the sofa bed in the lounge, two complete bathrooms, laundry room with washing machine, kitchen with gas hob, electric oven and microwave, living room with air conditioning. On request, a cot can be provided without supplement. In addition, the house consists of 2 covered, equipped verandas, internal parking closed by a private gate and a large garden with fruit trees and spaces that can be used for barbecues. The house is finely furnished, all bedrooms have ceiling paddle fans. It is equipped with a TV, WIFI FREE etc.
To better enjoy the natural beauty of the landscape, it is advisable to rent a car. The place is well connected via the A29 motorway, with an exit at Castellammare del Golfo, for those coming from Palermo or Trapani. Palermo airport is 40 km away and Trapani Birgi airport 50 km.
For those who want to make it a starting point for excursions, giving up enjoying the sea near the house, we recommend: Scopello, with its Faraglioni and the ancient tonnara at 15 km, the Zingaro Nature Reserve at 16 km. The archaeological site of Segesta at 20 Km, with its temple and the ancient theater, where shows take place in the summer evenings, at 10 km the Segestane Baths and many other places such as the legendary Erice, the Saline di Trapani Nature Reserve and the Lagoon of the Stagnone of Marsala, with its windmills and the ancient Phoenician city-island of Mozia.
And of course the nearby Alcamo, with its historic center and its commercial activities and Castellammare del Golfo with its marina.
