Casa Alamar is located in Alcamo Marina and is just 120 metres from the magnificent golden sandy beach. The House is composed of two verandas, one at the entrance and one at the back completely covered where you can find a kitchen, table and chairs, a barbecue area and a laundry area. Inside there is a living room with a comfortable double sofa bed and a TV room, a brand new kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Parking is public but can be easily found next to the house. The house is equipped with an air conditioner in the sleeping area and free internet service is available. The location of the house is strategic due to its proximity to the A29 Palermo - Mazara Del Vallo motorway exit, which can be reached in 5 minutes by car. Its extreme proximity to the sea makes it certainly more usable for families with children who do not want to use the car to get to the beach. Right next to Casa Alamar you can find the Bar Ristorante Pizzeria Windsuf, and 800 metres away you can find a supermarket.
