The villa is divided into 2 apartments and is rented together: T2 with 2 bedrooms, 2 sea view balconies (lounge and dining area with barbecue), equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms; T1 with 1 bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette.



The space offers Wi-Fi and TV with channels. The sea view is stunning: you can see the entire Fishermen's Beach and following beaches. You do not need a car everything is less than 5 minutes walking. Beach 1 minute away. Parking 5 minutes away.

Security deposit: guests must leave 100€ per person at check-in, paid in cash or card. Amount returned by bank transfer up to 14 working days after check-out, if no damages exist.
