The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and private bathroom and the other with 2 single beds. thus allowing all comfort and privacy. Two bathrooms, both with shower trays. A dining/living room equipped with chairs, a dining table, a sofa bed that can accommodate up to 2 children and a TV. The kitchen is independent and is fully equipped with an induction hob, refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, blender and all the utensils necessary to prepare your meals.
Furthermore, the apartment has air conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, electric blinds, ironing board and iron. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and a small barbecue, perfect for leisure moments with family or friends.
The location is excellent, as you can find several beaches within walking distance, the closest being Praia dos Alemães, just 500m away. The apartment is also close to supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, terraces, a children's playground and mini golf.
