ROJA PÉ APARTMENT has 2 bedrooms, both with air conditioning (double beds). 2 bathrooms, one with tub and the other one with shower. The living/dining room is also air conditioned and has a comfortable sofa bed. Access to the balcony. The accommodation is located on the 1st floor of a 2-storey building, in a quiet area in the outskirts of Albufeira and very close to the Pine Cliff and the beaches of Falésia. Full equipped kitchen (including hob, dishwasher, oven, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, among others). Smart TV with cable channels, fiber WIFI are some of the facilities that this splendid accommodation has to offer its guests.



Guests will have exclusive access to the property, free street parking and access to the shared outdoor pool. The house rules must always be respected. The maximum number of occupants allowed on any reservation is 4 people.

24 hours before your arrival, you will receive a message from me in order to best coordinate your arrival time. Our Meet and Greet will always be at the property.



Situated just 10 minutes from Albufeira and the beaches of Falésia. The accommodation is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. A car is not at all necessary but recommended.



We like to welcome our guests. Our check-ins are made from 4 pm, and for late arrivals there is a supplement to be paid:

• From 7 pm to 10 pm: 25 euros | From 10 pm: 45 euros



• Check-ins before 4pm and subject to availability: 25 euros

• “Late” check-outs and subject to availability: until 2 pm: 25 euros - until 6 pm: 50 euros



Rental services:

• Cot: 12 euros/unit/stay and baby chair: 7 euros/unit/stay

• Beach towels: 6 euros per towel/stay



Services that are not included may have an additional cost of between 30 and 150 euros such as:

• For opening doors (forgotten or lost keys).

• Additional deliveries of towels or other products.

• Equipment repairs (due to negligence).

• All other services that are not mentioned in the information.



A security deposit of 300 euros is required upon arrival. The deposit will be returned within 7 days by bank transfer after thorough cleaning and verification of the apartment.
