Villa with heatable pool & BBQ in Corcovada

Villa California is an impressive holiday home with a privileged location in Corcovada, just a few minutes' walk from renowned restaurants and 2 km from some of the Algarve's best beaches. The property is also near an excellent golf course and various amenities.



With 7 bedrooms, the villa accommodates 14+4 people. On the first floor, there is 1 double room and 1 twin room, both with private bathrooms and a balcony with sea views. On the ground floor, there are 2 double rooms (one en-suite), while 3 bedrooms and an additional bathroom are on the lower floor.



The modern kitchen is fully equipped, and the spacious living/dining room includes TV, PlayStation, and 2 sofas, with access to a terrace overlooking the pool. The lower floor also features a games room, equipped with a foosball table and a billiards table.



Outside, the south-facing pool (heatable as an optional extra) is surrounded by a garden and a patio with a barbecue area, ideal for outdoor meals. The space is fully enclosed, providing privacy and security.



With air conditioning, heating, and free Wi-Fi, the villa is perfect for families or groups. A few minutes by car, you'll find beaches like Santa Eulália and Oura. Its sister villa, Villa Florida, is right next door.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). There are some restrictions for group bookings.

From the 15th to the 20th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
