The villa has four rooms. The main suite has a double bed and a private bathroom. Another room with a double bed also offers a private balcony, while the two remaining rooms each have two single beds and access to private balconies.

The spacious living room opens onto the dining area and a terrace, providing a welcoming environment for meals and leisure moments. For guests who need to work, there is a desk available in the living room.



KITCHEN:

The independent kitchen, with a vitroceramic hob, is fully equipped with modern amenities, including fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle and juicer. The spacious kitchen windows offer a view of the inviting pool area.



LAUNDRY ROOM:

The laundry room, adjacent to the kitchen, is equipped with a washing machine and an additional refrigerator. The covered barbecue area is ideal for cooking and dining outdoors.



PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL:

The villa has a spacious enclosed private swimming pool, 10 metres by 5 metres, perfect for refreshing and enjoying the Algarve sun.
