Nuances do Oceano is a cozy studio like a little house, with air conditioning, in a privileged location and in a quiet area. Fully equipped for 3 people, ideal for couples or families.
The apartment has everything you need for a relaxed holiday, it also has a very pleasant outdoor area with outdoor furniture. The Complex also has a swimming pool for adults and children (we provide pool/beach towels). It has optic fiber internet, for those who want to work abroad. The kitchen it's fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine. The sleeping area features a double mattress in a Japanese-style bed setup, while the living room includes a double sofa bed.
It is in a residential area but only a few minutes by car from the city centre. It has parking in the condominium. There are supermarkets, a pizzeria and coffee shops at a short walking distance, as well as a park with a children’s playground, a skatepark and a fitness area.
The apartment does not overlook the pool, and to access it, you have to walk about 40/50 meters. It has outdoor parking.
The studio Nuances do Oceano is ideal for those who want to rest but at the same time be close to everything, supermarkets, restaurants, and many other services available just a few minutes away on foot or by car. Praia dos Alemães or Forte do Vale, as well as the Oura area or the center of Albufeira are a 5-minute drive away.
Algarve Shopping and the famous Frango Piri-Piri da Guia, the famous beaches of São Rafael, Galé, Salgados and golf courses are a 10-minute drive away. As well as Aquashow, Slide and Splash and Zoomarine are within reach of a few minutes by car.
The Municipality of Albufeira charges a tourist tax of €2 per person, per night of stay, for all guests aged 13 or older, during the period from April 1st to October 31st, with a maximum of seven consecutive nights. This amount will be paid directly to the Municipality a few days before arrival and is not included in the quotes generated on our website, so we kindly ask you to take this into consideration.
