Melbourne Apartment 1 is a charming retreat in a modern complex in Albufeira, with a privileged location between the historic centre and the new area of the city. Ideal for families or friends, it offers the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday in the sun.



In the living room, the space is spacious and welcoming, ideal for moments of socialising and leisure, with a luminous atmosphere that extends to the veranda, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors or simply relaxing whilst appreciating the Algarve sun.



The apartment features an elegant bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower, ensuring comfort and privacy throughout your stay.



On the outside, the complex offers a shared swimming pool surrounded by sunbathing space, a children's pool and a children's playground, providing fun for all ages.



With a central location, the apartment is close to restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets, while the nearest beaches, Inatel Beach and Alemães Beach, are within a short walking distance, allowing you to enjoy the best of Albufeira with ease.



The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €150 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.



Please note that the occupancy of this property is for 2 guests.

From the 3rd to the 4th guest, an additional charge will be applied which includes an extra bed.
