Unique villa w/ heatable pool by the Marina

Villa Marina is a charming property, situated in the heart of Albufeira Marina, ideal for a relaxing holiday by the sea. This colourful house stands out for its private heated swimming pool (additional cost) and a welcoming atmosphere that invites fun.



The living and dining room is spacious and bright, with glass doors that provide access to the garden, creating a direct connection to the outside. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and single bed, and two with double beds, all with private bathrooms and access to verandas with views over the outside. On the ground floor there is a service bathroom.



The kitchen is fully equipped, guaranteeing functionality to prepare meals with ease.



On the outside, the spacious terrace includes the heated swimming pool (additional cost), surrounded by lawn and sun loungers, and an outdoor dining area with a barbecue for relaxed moments.



Located in a quiet area of Albufeira Marina, close to cafés, bars, restaurants and supermarket.

It is about a 20-minute walk from Albufeira town centre with its beaches and the charm of the Old Town, Villa Marina ensures a memorable holiday.



The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €150 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.
