Villa Nespereira is a spacious and welcoming residence, ideal for receiving families and groups seeking comfort, privacy and a privileged location in Albufeira.



The living and dining room offers a spacious and bright environment, perfect for moments of conviviality and with direct access to the outside.



On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with double beds, both en suite with shower, as well as a guest bathroom.



On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds, both en suite, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.



On the lower floor there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. On this floor you will also find a games room equipped with a snooker table and table football, ideal for entertainment with family or friends.



The kitchen is fully equipped and prepared so that you can prepare meals with complete comfort.



On the outside, the heated swimming pool (additional cost) provides relaxing moments under the Algarve sun. The outdoor space also features a barbecue area and rest areas that invite you to enjoy the mild climate.



Villa Nespereira is situated in Montechoro, close to beaches, restaurants, bars, shops and all essential amenities.



The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €250 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.



Please note that the occupancy of this property is 10 guests.

From the 11th to the 17th guest, an additional charge will be applied which includes an extra bed.



According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
