Villa Aruba is a wonderful 5-bedroom property, combining comfort, privacy and a privileged location between the Marina and the charming old town of Albufeira. The living room is furnished with comfortable sofas and TV, integrated with the dining room, creating a welcoming space for moments of socialising and relaxation. This area also allows direct access to the spacious outdoor terrace.
On the ground floor there are three en-suite bedrooms, each with two single beds. Two of these bedrooms have bathrooms with showers, whilst the other has a bathroom with a bathtub. This floor also has an additional bathroom, ensuring practicality and comfort for all guests.
On the first floor there are two en-suite bedrooms, both with shower rooms. One of the bedrooms has an external terrace with table and chairs, perfect for relaxing and contemplating the stunning sunset.
The kitchen is fully equipped and integrates harmoniously with the dining areas, providing practicality and functionality for preparing your meals during your stay.

The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).
If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.
This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.
