Villa Laiya is an elegant and welcoming holiday home, perfect for families or groups of friends seeking a relaxing stay in Albufeira. With a bright and comfortable atmosphere, this property combines elegance, functionality and comfort in every detail.



The spacious living and dining area offers an inviting setting, ideal for relaxing and spending time together after a sunny day. Designed for comfort and harmony, it serves as the true heart of the home.



On the ground floor, there are two en suite bedrooms, one with a double bed and a single bed, and another with a double bed, as well as an additional bathroom providing extra convenience for guests.



On the first floor, there is a double bedroom and another with two single beds, both with private balconies and pleasant views, along with an extra bathroom with a shower.



The fully equipped kitchen integrates the dining area, creating the perfect space to prepare and share meals with family and friends.



Outside, Villa Laiya invites you to unwind and enjoy the outdoors, featuring a private heatable pool (custo adicional), a dining area with BBQ and a ping-pong table for family fun and entertainment.



Located in the Montechoro area, near Albufeira’s lively Strip with its variety of bars and restaurants, and just a short distance from the beach, this villa provides the ideal setting for an unforgettable holiday in the Algarve.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

The 10 th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
