Located in the heart of Albufeira, Villa Sunny Joy is the perfect retreat for those seeking relaxation and sophistication in the Algarve. Accommodating up to 9 people, this charming villa offers the ideal balance between comfort, privacy, and a privileged location.



On the ground floor, a spacious living room, decorated with comfortable sofas and a TV, is perfect for leisure moments. The dining room provides a welcoming environment for group meals, and the fully equipped kitchen is an invitation to prepare delicious dishes. Outside, the leisure area features a barbecue and an outdoor dining table, ideal for enjoying the mild Algarve climate. The swimming pool, currently under construction, will be available to guests in the summer of 2025.



The upper floor comprises three bedrooms: two double-bedded rooms, a master suite with a double bed and private bathroom, as well as a shared bathroom with a bathtub.



The property has air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room, ensuring comfort throughout the year, and free Wi-Fi for your convenience.



Villa Sunny Joy also offers two private parking spaces, as well as nearby public rotating parking spaces.

The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 175 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 6 guests

From the 7th to the 9th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
