Travel with 3 kids (5,3,>1) and a car.

Nice location. 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Places to eat and grocery store right outside. Great swimming pools, was a hit with the kids. Host is lovely and helpful. ...Improvements can be made in the kitchen. Limited. Also, we did not have any extra trash bags, dish soap, etc. to maintain cleanliness like we would expect. Had to go to store in town to buy these basic items. We would recommend this apartment to others and had a really nice time.

Feels like home

We came here to get away from the cold weather of the Netherlands. The idea was to relocate for a while in a warmer place and to be able to work during the day and enjoy the weekends and the afternoons. This place was perfect for us and it really felt like a home. The apartment had all the necessary things and we enjoyed the stay very very much. We'll be happy to return anytime.

Top apartment, top location

Been coming to this area near Falésia for almost 30 years. Stayed in many different places but Jardins da Falésia is one of the best. Their pool area and gardens is an oasis of peace. This apartment is beautifully clean and equipped. We couldn’t ask for more. Often, an issue in March is the cold evenings and cold apartment, but the new air conditioning units kept us warm. We came home early because of the Coronavirus issue. The apartment owners could not have been easier to deal with. We will definitely be using the apartment again.

Great location, nice apartment.

The apartment is in a lovely block, with well maintained and pretty gardens. The swimming pools are great. The best part is the easy access to a lovely beach, only 5 minutes walk away. Dominique was very helpful. We were unsure of check in procedure as we arrived late. A little more information about arrivals and departures before we left would have been useful. The shops and restaurants across the road were very useful, but be aware that they stay open until late. The area is very family friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and the great location made it a very relaxing holiday.

The apartment is ideally located for restaurants and the beach and for a base to discover other beaches. It was very well equipped - unfortunately the balcony didn't get much sun, however that didn't deter us from having a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. The gardens were very pretty and well maintained.

Location

We had a relaxing week in Dominique's apartment. It's a really large area, everything as described. The pool area was very quiet and relaxing, but was early in the season. The location is excellent with resteraunts a cafe/bakery and supermarket metres away,. The icing on the cake is Falesia beach, fantastic, a 300 metre stroll, you can walk along the beach and come back along the cliff top path. Dominique was there to meet us, one minor repair needed he dealt with straight away. Maybe could do with a little information book, for taxis etc but there is an information office nearby. Would recommend with no hesitation.

We had a very comfortable pleasant stay in Dominique's apartment. The only downsides were, 1) the trees shaded the balcony, so sitting out for some sun was not possible. 2) The last two days we were there, my wife tripped up on the pavement (nowhere near the apartment), so we were unable to go out. The internet which had been fine, did not work for the last two days, which meant we could not stream any English speaking TV or watch any films. Dominique did try for us, but had no luck. We loved Falesia and the apartment.. Thank you. Frank Massie

Just fantastic

My wife and I spent a week at this property from the 15th to the 22nd September. Much too short! The apartment is very clean and spacious and contains everything you need. We kept Dominique waiting because we ended up in the wrong place but he was patient and friendly. The apartment is very well situated in a quite area. Ample parking in front of the property. Just a five minute walk to the stunning, very clean and miles long beach and having restaurants and a supermarket just across the road was a bonus. My wife and I have travelled to many places in Europe but we can honestly say that Olhos De Agua is probably the best place we have been to. If you want to get away from the crowds and spend some time in a clean and comfortable environment then this is the place to be. Thanks Dominique.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in optimaler Lage.

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und liegt nahe am Falesia-Strand. Es war alles erforderliche vorhanden. Mehrere Restaurants und Supermarkt sind alle zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist zwar nicht mehr ganz neu, aber in einem guten Zustand. Der Kontakt mit Karine (Ansprechpartnerin) war sehr freundlich und jederzeit möglich.

Th location is great within walking distance (about 5/10 minutes leisurely walk) to the Praia da Falesia. You don't need a car to go to the beach, or go shopping. There is a nice supermarket and nice restaurants two mins away walking. This is a quiet location away from discos or party zones. The apartment itself is lovely with windows in every room and bathroom; spacious; well decorated and well equipped. There is a large balcony that looks over the swimming pool and the nicely kept gardens. The host, Karine, is lovely and kind leaving a gift of cakes, oranges, bottled water and coffee capsules. This was very generous and appreciated. Will try to book again soon.
