Don’t fall for this hotel. The photos are a scam. Upon arrival i noticed the property was in terrible and unsafe condition. I DID NOT stay and ended up booking a different hotel. And Expedia won’t refund me. Disappointing of them that they tolerate fraud.

Pictures are very old!! Outer Doors didn't close all the way. Outside and inside very dirty and run down. Room fixtures were dirty and broken. Several drawers were missing handles. Mold in bathroom. Pool is permanently closed. Will never stay at again...Very disappointed that this hotel is even offered on expedia. DO NOT BOOK HERE!! Disgusting

DON’T BOOK HERE, FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!

When we first pulled up to Days Inn in Albion, MI there were two cars in the parking lot that looked like it had been robbed. The wheels were missing and sitting on bricks. Next, there were boxes sitting outside the hotel entrance almost blocking the doors. Once I entered the property, I had rung the bell four times before I started walking around the hotel looking for someone to help me. While walking around I noticed that the pool which was one of the reasons I booked that location was empty with blue tarts laying over top of it. I asked the gentleman who finally came to the front desk about the pool and he said it hasn’t beee. Open for two years which was disappointing. Because of the look of the hotel conditions, I asked to see my room “127” to check its cleanliness before checking in. Once I went to observe the room, I notice that two of three lamps didn’t have a light bulb. All three lamps were dusty like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The chair to the table had stains on it and was sitting in between the queen beds instead of under the desk. The bathroom tube was dirty, the shower head look rusted and the towels and wash rags had stains on them. I called the complaint into Expedia and asked for a refund for my two night stay and they said they had to call the hotel to get approval from the manager for the refund but the guy at the front desk told Expedia that there was no manger available at the hotel. I asked if a supervisor was available and he said no. Terrible!

The staff allows people clearly using to place garbage outside of the rooms, allowing the garbage bags to stay in the hallway. Male staff members seem to have personal relationship with female users staying in the motel, the women hang over the front counter in pajamas and no shoes, offering dirty looks to guests entering and leaving the facility. This place will eventually end up raided and shut down, it’s a den. Lastly, the staff puts unnecessary holds on credit cards and refuses to give a receipt for said charge.

The photos online was not what I walked into! It was for the hotel but not that property!!! My mom was transitioning and I had to get to the hospital so I didn’t have time to look over the room at first but when I go back at 6am I couldn’t believe what I was seeing

Horrible place

Pd for a king bed had to be moved to another room bc the door wouldn’t work with key so moved me to a double bed room and room was dirty they came in an cleaned room while I was there bc they refused to give me my money back. Socks behind bed all base boards was off microwave had paper in it dated for 2/6/25. There was mold on corner of wall bugs of some kind in the corner or room horrible place. No breakfast or pool either.

Overall stay with great compared to the reviews I had read online. The staff was friendly. our door wouldn't unlock using our card so we had to have the concierge open the door each time but wasn't much of an issue because they were friendly and prompt about it. The only issue I had was there was no smoke detectors in the room. If there was a fire in the middle of the night we would have been dead because we would have never known. 7/10 DO recommend
