A Menorcan style semi-detached villa, without pool, located on the main street of Son Bou. The house has its own private access and is a two-storey property. Upstairs, there is a living room with kitchen and toilette. Also, from the outside covered terrace you can enjoy a fantastic sea view. On the ground floor, there are 3 bedrooms (one with double bed, one with two single beds and one with bunk beds) and a shared bathroom.
