What am absolutely delightful place. The hotel exceeded our expectations. We are used to saying in luxurious 5 star hotels but staying in this boutique hotel has changed my mind. The rooms are unique and 5 the breakfast was so fresh. We would definitely be back!

Great place!

The place was amazing. The only negative for me was the bathroom shower. Water kept coming out. The hotel was beautiful and the pool was great. The breakfast Turkish food was so delicious. The bed was big and comfy. The beach club near by was superb. I enjoyed my stay at the illusion beach club hotel.

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals und die gepflegte Anlage hat mir sehr gefallen. Frühstück war typisch türkisch und mir persönlich vollkommen gereicht. Das Bett war eine 100 %. Ich habe es geliebt !!! Hotel von Alanya🇹🇷 Stadt etwas abgelegen, Fußweg 45min. aber mit Auto Roller oder auch wer zu Fuß ist sehr gut zu erreichen. Bin jeden Tag gelaufen, der Ausblick ist immer wieder schön. Ich war jetzt das 4mal dort und würde es immer wieder buchen. Selbst nutze ich die Anlage nicht. Ich bin der Beach Typ

Girişte bize bavullar için yardım edeceklerini söylediler 30 dakika bekledik hiç kimse gelmedi kendi kendimize odayı bulduk. 1.5 SAAT SU KESİNTİSİ YAŞADIK! 15 dkda bir aradık 10 dk içinde gelecek diyip 1.5 saat su gelmedi. Bir otelde nasıl su kesintisi olabilir? Genel kesinti olduğunu söylediler 1 dk uzaklıktaki otelde arkadaşlarım kalıyordu ve suları akıyordu? Odanın yerleri çok pisti ve aylarca temizlenmemiş belliydi. Duş korkunç tek bir cam var sadece her yer inanılmaz ıslanıyor duş almak eziyet oldu Temizlik arayınca yapıyorlar günlük temizlik yok. 17.00’da yemek sipariş vermek istedik mutfaklarının kapalı olduğunu söylediler?? Kahvaltı çok kötüydü ürünler çok kalitesizdi

Resepsiyon da ilk girişten itibaren çok iyi karşılandık, erken gelmemize rağmen çok yardımcı oldular, ve ücretsiz yükseltme yaptılar, bunun için çok teşekkür ederim. Kaldığımız oda rahat ve kullanışlıydı, tek olumsuzluk tuvalet kokusuydu koku hep vardı sürekli havalandırma yaptık, bi olumsuzluk ta kediler biz otel dışında iken sinekliğin olduğu yerden kedi içeri girmiş ve yatağımızın üzerinde yatıyordu be kirletmişti. Kediler başıboş geziyordu hayvan düşmanı biri değilim ama kahvaltı yaptığımız restoranda sürekli masa masa geziyorlar, yiyeceklerim olduğu yerdelerdi bu da sağlıksız bir ortam oluyor.
