Our stay wasn't good at all. First, the toilet didn't work had to use a plunger to flush the toilet. No sheets for the pull out bed. No new sheets for our bed and we stayed here too nights. We didn't get any clean towels after we asked for them They advertised breakfast, but it wasn't any.just disappointed and would like some of my money back 😡

Run down, needs new owners

The first one he sent us to when we tried to pull out the fold out sofa. The mattress pretty much fell on the floor because the base of it was destroyed. So they moved us to another room that had an air conditioner. It sounded like a power tool is going on. The third they moved us to great, but I got the job done even though half the lights didn’t work. The people at the front desk were extremely helpful, it is not their fault that ownership or management are not doing anything I’m not sure if they even had a continental breakfast, but they do not have towels in the pool area also, not that that’s worthy of a one star, but it’s just another hit on a place that performed horribly I have photos not in this phone I plan to send them to hotels.com

It was extremely hot in the hallways & the room. The air hardly worked. It stunk really bad and theres was to much chlorine in the pool and they need to keep up with cleaning the pool

I thought I had done my research and read the reviews, but alas, I was terribly misled. From the moment we arrived around 11:30pm, we should have seen the red flags. A dirty rag lying next to my car in the parking lot, little barefoot children running into the lobby, what appeared to be a homeless man hanging around in the lobby, etc etc. We reserved a room with two queen beds. The first room they gave us had only a king bed, so we went back down to the lobby. The second room was the stuff of nightmares... feces in the toilet, underwear in the sink, beds not made, filthy! We should have left right then and there, but it was too late in the evening. Finally got into a third room with two full-size beds. The sheets were dirty, as well as the comforters. By this time we were simply exhausted. Went down and got new sheets and got a few hours of sleep. Showered in the morning to find no blow dryer. Went down to ask for one. At first they couldn't find one, but they did finally come up with one; a very sticky one. Checked out promptly the next morning. Do NOT stay here.

Beds were super hard like laying on the floor. Worse hotel stay I ever had. Used a fan we brought from home or else it was to warm in the room. Air conditioner temp was 60 and it felt like 68. Heard fr other guest there were moving guess bc of complaints.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy!

The hotel was dirty from the floors in the public area needing swept, lobby furniture was dirty, rooms were not cleaned well (the bathtub was dirty. The staff was hassling other customers on returning their room deposit. There was trash in the parking lot, that was there for a full day. Cigarette butts outside by the entrance. My wife woke up in the morning with a couple of bite marks on the back of her leg-we are hoping it isn’t bed bugs but we are treating as such.

The hotel does not live up to Radisson Standards

Upon check-in, I was told to move car from carport before entering room & asked to not use lobby restroom as it was "really dirty"; king size bed had stained duvet cover; business printer broken entire 5 day stay; hotel does not own Do Not Disturb door hanger signs;1 of 2 elevators down; overflowing community trash; front desk provided new guest a key to my room so an unknown man walked into my room unannounced; front desk called me at 1AM asking me to pay for the room I paid for that morning at 9AM; outside dumpster unsanitary; when asked, front desk stated the cushions in the hotel.com picture were owned by the restaurant and I could ask them to put them out when they open at 5PM; a rotten moldy tissue was left in the bathroom tissue box which had been refilled with tissues; provided a g-mail address when I asked to be compensated for the hotel not meeting my expectations.

The ladies workjng front desk were fantastic. The guy not so much. Room looked unkept. We had 1 towel on check in, no shampoo nothing.

We tried FOUR rooms trying to find one that was clean. They all had pubic hair and body hair in the showers and/or on the bathroom floor. The staff showed up with furniture polish to clean the bathroom. I asked him to come back with bathroom cleaners. He told me THEY DIDN’T HAVE ANY BATHROOM CLEANING SUPPLIES!!! They let us cancel our reservation, gave us a refund, and we stayed somewhere else.

This hotel clearly used to be quite nice but has fallen off a bit. There was peeling paint and some stains on the walls. Two reading lights over the bed did not work. Hallways smelled of tobacco and pot smoke and only one of two elevators were working. The staff were nice but we did not need to interact very much. Parking was easy and the EV fast chargers were a big plus. With a bit of investment and fixing up this could be very nice but it currently has the feel of a hotel that will be closing soon.

The room was run down. The bed was like sleeping on plywood. The a/c unit made more noise than a thunderstorm. And to top it off less than 15 minutes after we checked in they assigned our room to another couple whose key opened our door.
