Don’t stay there!!!! It’s filthy!!!! The beds are hard as rocks!!!! When I text For the Wi-Fi code, no response! Pay another 50 bucks and stay in Hampton Inn!! That’s what we did the next few nights and we couldn’t be happier!!!

Bad experience at poorly maintained facility

Generally: There wasn't enough staff. Things everywhere were dirty, stained, and in poor repair. There were holes in the wall. At least one room number sign was just a piece of paper taped to the wall. The pool and pool room were dirty. There were no towels in the pool room, and when I asked for three, was given the only two available. Our room: The beds are SleepNumber style but the feature didn't work. The mattresses were worn out: the edges were sloped from years of people sitting on them. The sofa bed mattress support fabric was torn out of place at the foot end, so the mattress dipped at the feet. One of the closet doors was broken (didn't slide), the bathroom sink stopper didn't work, the shower caulking was mildewy, the shower curtain had a broken rod ring, the sink towel bar was broken off the wall and sitting on the countertop. The floors, walls, and furniture were scuffed, stained, dirty, damaged, but still usable. Only two bath towels in the room, and when I asked for more, was given the only one they had available. This was definitely overpriced for this experience.

The lobby was beautiful, but the rooms not so much. It was midnight, we were tired and we had to switch rooms 3 times! 1st room had a broken art frame by the entrance of our room, 2nd room had a toilet that was not flushing and then we finally made it to our 3rd room. The hallway reeked of Marijuana,but the room smell was okay... The next day my husband and my brother in law noticed some bug bites that were itchy on their legs. They very likely had bed bugs! Do NOT book here! There sofa bed was disgusting and broken, don't even try pulling that out. I had to place to bed sheet on it, just to sit!

The room left a lot to be expect and needs improvement. Very disappointed but it was just for a night while traveling so we stuck it out. The receptionist was very sweet, but seemed overwhelmed with what was going on. There was a dog barking constantly, the bathroom wasn’t clean and was out of toilet paper when we got there. Our friends who booked a room as well had actual feces on the carpet among other uncleanliness and ended up getting another hotel for the night.

I don’t plan on staying here ever again. As soon as we entered our room, it smelled musty, kind of like the ac unit had in internal leak of whatever fluid makes the air cold. That smell lasted the entire stay (3 days). The room was poorly cleaned. We found trash and items from the previous tenants under the bed and couch like socks, candy wrappers, and old deodorant. The hallway reeked of cigarette smoke, which came into our room even though the floor was a labeled as a non-smoking floor. The pull out couch bed looked dirty and ragged. The mini fridge was unplugged so it smelled and wasn’t ready for use. The microwave worked but the button to open the door was broken so it couldn’t be used. We only had 2 bath towels in our room even though I stated there was 5 people when I made the reservation, so after checking in that afternoon, I went back to the front desk and asked for more towels. I was told they were in the laundry and they would take my name and room number down to bring me some when they were ready. That same night I checked back in and they were still in the laundry. I checked the next morning and they were still in the laundry. I checked that afternoon, a full 24 hours later, and you guessed it, still in the laundry. We ended up going to wal mart and buying our own towels. I’m back home in VA and I bet those towels are still in the laundry. The bathroom door noisy and the kept waking one of us up, and the door to the room wouldn’t close without being slammed.

Staff is absolutely incompetent. They knowingly double charged me for our deposit. They neglected to turn on the A/C prior to our check in, leaving us in a musty, damp room. There is obvious mold on the ceiling and water damaged carpets. Lots on damage on the window, doors, etc.

Do not stay here! It is so filthy! When we arrived to our room, we were hit with a musty mold smell. The AC unit was turned off ( almost summer time). We thought once the AC unit was turned on it would get better. It only got worse. The smell coming out of the unit was horrific! Not to mention, since the room was so damp from humidity, the carpet was wet. The bathroom I don't think has been cleaned for quite sometime. We had three people in the room which is why we got the suite so we could use the pull out sofa. Once we arrived back to our room from our evening adventures, the pullout sofa was not dressed. We called for sheets and another pillow. We were told they were out of pillows but they would bring us sheets. When the sheets arrived, they were handed to us DIRTY. The housekeeper did realize it and went to get another "clean" set of sheets. Disgusting! It was almost impossible to try to sleep between the smell and the fact it was so damp in there the sheets and bedding just felt wet. We were on the first floor by the pool/patio area. Mind you, the pool closes at 11. There were other guest outside our room until 3am partying. Zero sleep! If the mold smell wasn't bad enough, everything they were smoking outside came through our AC unit and filled the room. I HIGHLY suggest spending a little extra and staying somewhere that actually cares about their property.
