On the heights of Ajaccio in a fenced property, adjoining apartment of 30m² at the house of the owners.It consists as follows:1 living/kitchen , 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140x190 cm , bathroom/wc , common enclosed land, garden , 2 terraces of 17 and 20 m² , communal swimming pool from May to mid October located on the lower part of the property ,barbecue , parking , washing machine , freezer compartment, air conditioning , possibility of renting linen.This cottage is located , 03 km from the beaches , 02 km from the city center.
