On the first floor, you'll find a living room, a dining room and an open kitchen, as well as a bedroom and a bathroom with toilet. Upstairs, a large bathroom with walk-in shower, double basin and spa bath, plus 3 large bedrooms, one of which is around 20 m².
Outside, a large, well-equipped terrace (dining area, parasol, armchairs, swing...) and a large garden planted with olive and fruit trees.
The entrance gate is shared with the neighbor.
