Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
This room should be removed from website. It was filthy. Mold was growing in shower. There was no detergent, toilet paper or other disposable items. Mold also covered walls. When I contacted the owner, he said I did not pay enough to get toilet paper, etc. I rented a beautiful room with kitchen overlooking a cathedral that was much cheaper just 2 blocks over.

Nice well appointed .. no ac

A good stay.. its a small apartment with well thought out linens and lights.. it is dated and seems to have a small mold issue due to old pipes but was fine for a few days . Comfortable bed. Unfortunately there was no ac and it was 38 degrees so not the most comfortable sleep. Unfortuztely theres no ac

Perfect location

The property is very conveniently located to loads of shops and restaurants and other sites in the area. It is well furnished with kitchen supplies and it was nice to have the washer dryer available. Antonio was easy to reach and communicated clearly about the check-in process. I like a firm mattress, do the bed was perfect. My only suggestion is to thoroughly clean the mold from the bottom of the shower and be sure the dishes are clean. Overall, the value for the amount charged was perfect.

Comfortable convenient

The apartment is small but has everything you need. It’s very close to the Cour Mirabeau and easy walking to tourist sites, restaurants, and shopping.

Perfect location in the old town

Good size room on the ground level. Difficult to open windows and shutters so it was a little dark. Kitchen works well and includes a clothes washer. Shower didn’t drain well.
