A lot of potential, could be a great place te stay

The apartment looks nice, there is really made an effort to make it cozy, location is fine, parking place near the apartment is great. But..... it was dirty, it was so dirty we really felt uncomfortable to stay there and to sleep in the beds where we found stains in the bedsheets, hairs, and matras and pillows are dirty. There were hairs, dust and breadcrumbs in the drawers. So I first had to clean, not a good start of a holiday.

Par la présente,je me permets de vous informer de quelques désagréments subis lors de notre séjour dans l’appartement.(numéro location #1944533). Nous n’avons pas vu le concierge A) Manque de communication avant notre arrivée.Toutes les informations inhérentes au code d’accès à la porte nous ont été communiquées le matin même de notre arrivée. B)Ménage pas où peu fait ???? C)Four à micro ondes et four très sales. D)Siphon de douche bouché.Nous avons dû procéder au débouchage. E)Fer à repasser qui ne fonctionne. Concernant la douche et le fer à repasser,nous en avons parlé par téléphone au concierge mardi 4 juillet au matin.Ce dernier nous a assuré de son passage le lendemain même. À ce jour nous l’attendons encore.Nous avons débouché la douche. F)Loquet de la porte des toilettes dévissé.Une personne est restée bloquée à l’intérieur.Nous l’avons réparé. H)A notre arrivée,sur la terrasse,une partie de la pelouse artificielle était imbibée d’eau.Un robinet d’eau fuyait goutte à goutte. Nous avons téléphoné au concierge qui nous a expliqué par téléphone comment mettre fin à cette fuite d’eau. Le point le plus problématique et très important conce

Bel appartement mais ménage fait un peu vite. Très près d’un club

Bel appartement mais 1 chambre dans les combles et échelle pour se rendre, pas pratique la nuit. Près d’un garage d’autobus et de mécanique. Club à 2 minutes à pied donc, très bruyant la fin de semaine, non spécifié dans l’annonce. Mais bel emplacement pour voyager dans les villes autour et près du centre ville Aix en Provence ! Merci

Vacances en famille

Bon emplacement et parking privé sécurisé. Toutes les commodités à proximité. Ni trop loin ni trop près d'Aix-en-Provence (possibilité d'y aller à pied). Appartement propre et assez grand pour 6 couchages. Appartement bien équipé (machines à laver le linge et la vaisselle par exemple). Appartement conseillé pour des vacances tranquilles.
