Disgusting!!

Will never stay there again, first of all the guy on front desk is moody and rude, he has 0 customer service skills. Secondly - the beddings were dirty and had marks on them as well as the towels. Thirdly - I could not sleep the whole 2 nights I was staying there due to a RAT in my room. Yes! A RAT! I complained and not much happened, they would not even give a refund but as it was 11pm it was too late to move. The Rat kept me up the whole night and ruined my stay
