Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I had booked deluxe room but on arrival they gave us ordinary standard room .also the room was horrible,it was not painted ,toilets were stinking ....overall pathetic rooms n horrible service . Had already paid and reached with the family so had no option of changing the hotel
