Hidden Gem

I reserve only for a night after a spontaneous 1 night trip with my wife to Aguadilla and had the best experience ever. We exited Crash Boat and El Faro was 3 minutes away so we booked it. Loved it. The vibes, the service, the pools. Will be definitely retuning in the future with our pets. PS. As an Aviation enthusiast myself. I loved the fact that they have what appears to be a Cessna 152 next to the restaurant.

Lugar muy limpio y excelente servicio. Mejorar la iluminación de las escaleras hacia el segundo piso cuarto 246 nada de iluminación y riesgo de caída. Aire acondicionado del cuarto con un ruido fuerte. De lo demás fascinado.

Beautiful hotel, especially the suites with kitchenette. Food, drinks, and wait staff at the restaurant, were excellent and reasonably priced. The pools are great and clean. They are performing some renovations and expanding. Suggest calling to insure a quieter room. Elsie and Wilson, at the front desk, were awesome and very accommodating. Parking on site is very easy, with a small daily fee. Crash Boat beach is only a few minutes drive from this hotel. The parking stalls at the beach are free, so don’t get scammed. Also, you can park along road. Be aware of “green spaces “. They are not marked and you’ll get a ticket ($50-200 or more), which is not easy to dispute. Still is one of the best beaches in PR, with food vendors (reasonably priced) and the best smoothies and drinks.

The king size bed room was the furthest from the lobby. The A/C was extremely noisy and the property is under construction. We were awakened around 6:45 AM by hammer drill sounds that shook the room. When I complained to the front desk I got no help. I will not return to this property.

First, I will say the front attendant was very nice. Now as for the accommodations i wasnt impressed. I needed to do some laundy and was pleased to find out there was a washer and dryer on premises. I bought the detergent and fab sheets from them and then was told the dryer was not working after the fact. Ok ill dry them in the room Get to the room everything seems good. Go to close the curtain wont close have to get a chair to climb and figure it out. Then need to use the bathroom well no toilet paper holder toilet paper is on the floor ok Its kinda warm in the room so go to adjust the ac and its cold but blowing right at the side of a mini fridge blocking it from the rest of the room. Decide fine ill take a shower well theres no hot water literally its luke warm and its a dizzle coming from the shower head no pressure just a little stream. Try to call front desk and phone wont work jus get a busy signal. Walk to the front desk and tell them about all of this and get a apology but thats all ok.finally get to bed with the intentions of sleeping in a bit wrong we get woken up by jackhammers at 6am. I went outside to see what was going on and was told by the contractors that they were sorry no one was supposed to be in these rooms do to the construction above. That was it for me. I took a drizzle luke warm shower got our stuff and went to the front desk told them what was going and again they said sorry and that there manager didnt inform them never again
