Very nice hotel, the grounds were immaculate. The rooms were very nice, the bed was very comfortable. Now the bad, there was no bars inside the shower area. In NY that is code. I almost slipped and had nothing to grab to but luckily I didn't fall. Also the toilet paper didn't have a holder so you have 2 pick it up, not sanitary. I would love 2 come back though

The room had several things that were not available for example there wasn't hot water. The door lick was missing and the mattress was in poor condition.

Good Aguadilla hotel

Very nice resort. Nice pools. Restaurant looked good, but we did not eat there. Good location. Close to Aguadilla airport. Would stay again.

We arrived. There was no hot water that evening. Had to shower with cold water. The same situation the next morning had to shower in cold water. They gave us a coupon for 2 feet drinks and when we went to get them at the bar, he said we had to purchase a water bottle or a soda can which we were never informed. Worst mattress ever& pillows. Won’t be back😡
