This was amazing hotel. Everything about it was literally magical from the location to the grounds, the fantabulous staff, the coffee, the bar, the restaurant. It was all 10/10! We loved every second we spent here!!

The room was clean and cute, it was a small room but for s couple of days amd just my husband and I was perfect. The staff was incredible. Big thanks to Jonathan (check in and all around lovely guy), Christopher (bartender) answered all of my questions for the drinks and was really nice and professional, awesome cocktail offerings and finally our girl Yashira (server and bartender) she was a sweetheart. All in all everyone there was superwelcoming and just great service. The only note I have is that the rooms need a dehumidifier since there is no ventilation in the bathroom and when we showered the whole room would stay humid. Other than that beautiful property deep in nature. Loved it great birthday get away.

What a GEM! Tucked up in to the mountains above Rincon is El Oasis and the name does not lie. Wonderful hotel on a mountainside compound. The restaurant was a little pricey, but the food and drinks were amazing. Everyone on the property was friendly and helpful and the amenities were the best we found in PR. It really was a peaceful Oasis and I will go back again to stay for more than one night.

Es un lugar precioso para quedarse, pero nos toco un día lluvioso y hay unas mejoras que necesita. El estacionamiento es en césped y la guagua y nuestros zapatos se llenaron de bache. El calentador es solar y no calentó ni en la noche ni en la mañana. Las habitaciones necesitan cortinas para las ventanas y la puerta para evitar la entrada de luz tan temprano. Si se corrigen esos detalles está de show.

El hotel estuvo muy limpio, en un lugar tranquilo y además fue fácil de llegar. El staff fue muy amable y nos dio instrucciones claras para la llegada y el check-in, lo que hizo todo el proceso rápido y sencillo. Sin duda, lo recomiendo y me volvería a quedar aquí.
