The room is well located for those who plan to visit the Taj Mahal. The accommodations are good for the hotel’s category, and the staff are extremely kind. We were very well treated and had a great welcome from the beginning.
The only inconvenience happened at the end of our stay. Due to a lack of procedure, the hotel did not check whether we had returned the room key at checkout. We left calmly, and while we were already on the street heading to catch our bus to another city, we were informed that the key could not be found. It is important to note that we entered the room at check-in and left directly at checkout, with no moment in which it would have been possible for us to lose the key outside the hotel.
Despite this, it was a small issue compared to the overall positive experience. We paid for a new lock and everything was resolved, but we assure that the key is in the room and suggest that they check again to avoid this expense.
I recommend the accommodation, with just one tip: hand the key directly to the receptionist at checkout 😂
