The villa consists of a main building with a ground and upper floor, as well as an attached separate apartment . The main building features a cozy living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a spacious dining area where guests can enjoy delicious meals together.



On the upper floor of the main building, you'll find three tastefully decorated bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while the third bedroom features two twin beds. Each bedroom on this floor has its own en-suite bathroom, complete with a shower and WC.



The separate apartment offers additional privacy and convenience, with a kitchenette and a comfortable living area as well as two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds. The apartment also includes a separate shower room with WC.



With a total of 5 bedrooms, Villa Rozare can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. The villa spans across a spacious 260 m², ensuring plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind.



PLEASE NOTICE THAT UP TO 7 PERSONS THE MAIN BUILDING IS FOR USE AND FOR LARGER GROUPS MORE THAN 7 ALL THE VILLA WITH BOTH THE MAIN BUILDING AND THE APARTMENT.
