The Sand Villas is a private complex consisting of two independent villas: Rock Sand Villa, located on the ground floor, and White Sand Villa, situated on the upper floor. Set on the sandy shores overlooking the Mirabello Gulf in Agios Nikolaos, The Sand Villas offer a relaxed and stylish seaside retreat just a few steps from the beach. Guests can enjoy beautiful sea views and a peaceful atmosphere, ideal for a comfortable and memorable holiday.


Spanning 300 square meters, The Sand Villa consists of two interconnecting villas arranged one above the other, White Sand and Rock Sand, which together form a single, cohesive residence. The villa features five comfortable bedrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, and two thoughtfully designed living rooms, offering generous space and convenience for guests. Every area has been carefully designed to ensure a relaxed and comfortable stay for all.

-Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a wine cooler & indoor dining area adjacent to the living space, with a corner sofa and seating for up to 8 guests

-Bedroom 1: Two single beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m), convertible into a King-size bed with a mattress topper, 32 HDTV, direct access to the outdoor area
-Bedroom 2: King-size bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a 32 HDTV, direct access to the outdoor area
-Independent bathroom with shower & separate laundry room

-Private 60 m2 infinity swimming pool (1.4 m deep). Pool heating is available upon request for an additional daily charge

- Daily breakfast is included in the accommodation cost: Breakfast is an opportunity for us to give you a taste of the services we stand for. Every morning, in the comfort of your villa, we will serve you a selection of the best Greek and international products: fresh fruit juices, Greek honey, jams, a fresh selection of bread, gluten-free bread, a variety of pies, bio eggs, mini sandwiches, cereals, Greek yogurt, and any extra requests, for a relaxed starting day. Breakfast can be served from 08:00 to 11:30.
-In-villa room service: The Sand Villas has selected for you a range of dishes from nearby restaurants. Simply peruse the menus provided in the villa and place your order through our on-site villa manager for a delectable dining experience.
-Daily housekeeping from 11:00 am - 14:00.
-Personal on-site manager: A personal on-site manager is offered during your stay to ensure your holiday is as relaxing as possible.


**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
