Private garden, fully enclosed and planted with 40m2, without vis-Ă -vis, electric barbecue, deck chairs, tables, chairs.

We accept small dogs, with supplements (3 € / day / animal), donated to an animal welfare association.

Belle déconnexion et bon séjour

Ma fille, notre petit chien et moi-mĂȘme avons passĂ© 2 semaines magnifiques. Notre cousin qui nous a rejoint une semaine Ă©galement. La maison est trĂšs jolie, bien amĂ©nagĂ©e, tout l Ă©quipement nĂ©cessaire y est. Les propriĂ©taires sont accueillantes et sympathiques. Le Grau reste un endroit merveilleux, familial, comme nous aimons. Seul petit bĂ©mol pour nous : la distance pour aller dans le centre qui fait 30 minutes Ă  pied. Avec les chaleurs c Ă©tait parfois trĂšs sportif. Mais cela n a en rien entachĂ© notre sĂ©jour et une petite location de vĂ©lo Ă©tait la solution pour plus de mobilitĂ© douce. Jolie maison dans quartier calme

Jolie petite maison au CALME ! Le top TrĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e et propre Climatisation dans le salon Ventilateurs dans la mezzanine et dans la chambre cĂŽtĂ© jardin sont indispensables Merci pour ça :) L'antimoustique Ă©galement sinon impossible de profiter du jardin encore merci ! La cour fermĂ©e devant la maison est super pratique pour garer la voiture et/ou faire jouer les enfants. Attention Ă  la mezzanine je la recommande trĂšs fortement pour les enfants uniquement. Car le toit est trĂšs bas car mĂȘme ma fille de 10ans 1m35 ne tennait pas debout. Mais ils ont beaucoup aimĂ© ce cĂŽtĂ© "cabane" La plage est Ă  10min Ă  pieds, super tranquille, peu profonde, beaucoup de coquillages, sable fin et propre dans l'ensemble. Le port est Ă  2km un peu loin Ă  pied surtout quand il fait chaud donc voiture indispensable, stationnement assez facile sauf lors d'Ă©vĂ©nements comme feu d'artifice quasi impossible... En tout cas nous avons vraiment apprĂ©ciĂ© notre sĂ©jour La propriĂ©taire est trĂšs sympa. Encore merci Ă  vous !

TrÚs bien amenagé - calme et bien equippé. Super petit jardin privé. La seule chose que je dois dire c'est que la mezzanine est trÚs proche du plafond et on ne peut pas se tenir debout. Donc on a couché en bas - mais le clic clac est bien confortable!

Perfect place for a beach holiday with kids

We stayed at Nathalie’s place for one week. The house and location are great! The house was sparkling clean and stylish, it had everything we needed to comfortably stay with kids. In real life it looks even better than in the photos. Nathalie was very welcoming, check-in process was easy :) Also we liked the area a lot. The beach (about 7 minutes walk from the house) is perfect for kids - the beach is very wide and clean, with small white sand, the water is very shallow for a long distance away from the shore, so we didn’t have to worry about the kids going too deep. And overall, the area was very quite which we appreciated :)

Parfait

Emplacement idéal, tranquille mais à seulement 700m de la plage. Appartement récent et trÚs bien entretenu + une cour pour garer la ou les voitures + une terrasse couverte et un jardin. Que demander de mieux? De plus, l'accueil était parfait, nous recommandons vivement cette location et y retournerons avec plaisir si nous repassons dans le secteur.

Nous avons été ravi de passer 3 jours à Grau d Agde. Ce studio est trÚs bien équipé et fonctionnel. Le lit etait fait. Serviettes, draps de bain, tapis de douche et torchons a dispo. Quartier calme. Au coeur du village: boucher, marcher, boulangerie, restos, a taille humaine. Notre toutou a apprécié le jardin. C 'était sans soucis car tout est bien clos pour les 4 pattes. Pour ceux qui le souhaite vous avez un salon de toilettage juste a cÎté! La propriétaire est charmante et à l 'écoute. Je recommande cette location.

Logement parfaitement conforme Ă  la description de l'annonce, confortable et trĂšs agrĂ©able, rĂ©novĂ© et amĂ©nagĂ© avec goĂ»t, bien Ă©quipĂ©. L'accueil est trĂšs chaleureux de la part de la propriĂ©taire Mme Arboux, "avĂ©" l'accent local 😉 nous faisant sentir instantanĂ©ment en vacances ! Autres points positifs importants : - la proximitĂ© des plages ; - la tranquilitĂ© de ce secteur du Grau d'Agde (aucunes nuisances avoisinnantes) ; - le petit jardin trĂšs agrĂ©able et clos, avec tout le mobilier extĂ©rieur Ă  disposition (et sa petite plage de sable privative 😎 !), pour des instants dĂ©tente assurĂ©s et des apĂ©ros rĂ©ussis 😊 Enfin, pour notre cas particulier, le toutou de la famille đŸ¶ acceptĂ©, et aussi bien accueilli que nous đŸ€— ! HĂŒbsche saubere und uneinsehbare Unterkunft in ruhigem Wohnquartier

Wir waren im Juli 18 mit unsere Hund in dieser Unterkunft. Wir kamen aufgrund diverser Verzögerungen sehr spĂ€t an und konnte problemlos in die Unterkunft einziehen. Es erwartet sie ein Vorplatz mit einem abschliessbaren Tor. Se können das Auto gesichert abstellen. Es erwartet Sie ein kleines eigenes Reich mit gesichertem Vorplatz, einem 1 Raum HĂ€uschen mit Schlafgalerien und einem komplett eingezĂ€unten und sichtschutzgeschĂŒtzten Garten. Das WLAN und die Klimaanlage haben super funktioniert. Die KĂŒche hat alles was man benötigt, inklusivem neuem KĂŒchenmaterial. Selbst das Schlafsofa war bequem und mein RĂŒcken ist sehr heikel, aber ich habe sehr gut und ohne Schmerzen geschlafen. Ein absolutes Paradies fĂŒr Reisende mit Hunde, da alles eingezĂ€unt ist, kann man diese problemlos laufen lassen. Die Besitzerin wohnt im Haus nebenan, falls Probleme auftauchen wĂŒrden, war bei uns nicht der Fall. In der Unterkunft findet man sehr gute Dokumentationen ĂŒber Sehenswertes in der Umgebung. In Grau d' Agde findet man alles was man fĂŒr einen Urlaub braucht, BĂ€ckerei diverse Restaurants und kleine Shops. Zum Strand und dem Zentrum benötigt man sicher 20 Minuten zu Fuss. Ich empfehle die Anreise mit Auto wen man in die weitere Umgebung auskundschaften möchte. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen, wir fĂŒhlten uns wie in einem eigenen kleinen HĂ€uschen, sauber, modern mit geschĂŒtzt PrivatsphĂ€re. Ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto finden sie ein Einkaufszentrum mit allem, und noch viel mehr, was man fĂŒr einen Urlaub braucht. Reisende mit Hund Juli 2018
