Excellent emplacement

Séjour trÚs agréable, quartier calme pour le Cap d'Agde loin des festivités nocturnes. Plages juste à cÎté de l'appartement, vue mer et sentier le long des falaises. Belle terrasse dont nous avons bien profité. La climatisation serait un plus

Grosse déception

Travaux de rĂ©fection de la façade installĂ©s depuis plusieurs mois donc vĂ©randa et jardin dangereux bruyants et inutilisables.. Appartement pas propre Le propriĂ©taire nous a prĂ©venu de qques dĂ©sagrĂ©ments 2 jours avant notre arrivĂ©e !!! Il Ă©tait prĂȘt Ă  nous indemniser mais il ne l'a pas fait et ne donne plus de nouvelles !!! Ce propriĂ©taire est malhonnĂȘte et menteur !!!!! Abritel a clĂŽturĂ© notre dossier malgrĂ© des photos et vidĂ©os tĂ©moignant des problĂšmes vĂ©cus... Nous sommes trĂšs mĂ©contents !!!

TrÚs bon séjour

Nous avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour supee agrĂ©able au Cap d'Agde. L'appartement est trĂšs bien placĂ© trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© et super spacieux. La terrasse avec vue sur mer est un super atout. Le box privĂ© pour garer une voiture est aussi un avantage indispensable en pĂ©riode estivale ! TrĂšs proche de la plage de la Conque (2 minutes) et Ă  10-15 minutes Ă  pieds des zones commerciales=> placement idĂ©al pour cette super location 😊👌 À refaire absolument!

Séjour agréable, à proximité de la mer

Nous avons passĂ© un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour, l'appartement est propre, la salle de bain neuve. IdĂ©alement situĂ©, Ă  deux pas des plages et restaurants, tout en restant au calme. Nous avons passĂ© de bons moments sur la terrasse, son salon de jardin, ses transats. Philippe s'est montrĂ© trĂšs attentif Ă  notre bien-ĂȘtre sur place. Je conseille cette location.
