Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place along the bourbon trail .. Sit back and enjoy the view of the farm , cattle , and the sun that rises above the surrounding knobs. Listen to the birds as you have your morning coffee and the coyotes as you sit by the fire pit in the evening ..
The space
Open concept apartment in the detached garage .. all materials used for this renovation were salvaged and redone and made to feel cozy .. I’m all about waste not, want not, recycling and refurbishing
Guest access
You will be staying in the garage apartment between my house and the cafe .. parking is left of the cafe on the road that heads to the barn . Your parking space is at the stop sign .. you will also be greeted by my friendly farm dog named Booger ..

Just lay back and enjoy the beauty of nature ..
The bathroom has a shower.
