We felt that when booking in it would have been good if we had been informed that we had to request our room to be serviced. Room was ok. Also we ontended to eat in the reastaurant on pasta night. When arriving we were told there were 2 types of pasta, prawn and chicken pesto. When we we to order we were told that there was only chicken pesto. Some people in our party don't eat meat so we ate somewhere else.

Disappointed there is no daily housekeeping unless requested. Reception staff are often not at the desk and have to wait for them to appear once they spot you on the cctv. Breakfast was a little disappointing. No descriptions of what any of the hot food is
