Beautiful four bedroom home, situated in a very peacefull and quiet location. Opposite a large natural reserve with a winter creek.
Nice quiet morning walks with the odd kookaburra or two.
Take a two minute walk to the Thaxted Golf Coarse. Play 18 holes or just visit the clubrooms.
Local super deli at the end of the street with takeaway food and a bus stop to the shopping centre just 2 km down the road. Two Major shopping centre's only a 15 min drive either way.
South coast beaches with excellent boating facilities and beautifull sandy shores just 10 min drive or so.
Local wineries begin 10 -15 min drive in the Mclaren Vale region.
We are at the begining of the foot hills which is the gate - way to many small and interesting country towns.

Very well appointed kitchen with dishwasher and stainless steel smeg appliances.

Lounge room has a large setting Large 50" tv with dvd player. Very relaxing private room.
Main bedroom consists of queen size four poster bed and a small tv nitch, walk in robe and a large well appointed ensuite with a double shower.

A fantastic get away in the South of Adelaide

We stayed at Le Jardin De Fleurs Cottage over the Australia day long weekend and absolutely loved our stay. The cottage was clean, neat and cozy and Heather the owner was fantastic.

Home away from home

Staying at Heather's house is an absolute pleasure. We love everything about this house and feel instantly at home when we arrive. We've been here twice before - after my sister invited us to holiday with her and her hubby a year ago. Since then, we have stayed two additional times. Close to the beach, shops, McLaren Vale and a huge, wonderful family park, it works a treat, The only challenge is leaving!

Pristine Country Cottage

An awesome country cottage secretly located in suburbia. We absolutely love this place that has it all for the entire family. Notwithstanding the beautiful cupcakes we were welcomed with upon our arrival. This was our second visit and wont be our last.

Beautiful home in perfect location

Beautifully appointed home close to the coast and Fleurieu Peninsula. Kitchen came equipped excellent quality cooking pans, plates, cutlery and glassware. Beds were comfortable and spacious and bathrooms were large. Cupcakes on arrival were very pretty and delicious

Best ever accommodation

July 2024. Heather greeted us when we arrived and gave us an introduction to the house. A very welcome surprise was some lovely cupcakes, which our granddaughters thoroughly enjoyed. The house is so well equipped it's as if you're 'at home'. The beds are comfortable, the towels were the best we've ever had in rented accommodation. There is a good supply of laundry detergent and all that's needed for dishwashing, including a Miele dishwasher. We can certainly recommend this accommodation but would love to keep it a secret so that when we visit our family in Adelaide again, it won't be booked out!!!☺️ Oh! and the combustion heater was a bonus being mid winter. 🔥

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful Stayz property and couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived Heather was incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home. The house itself was spotless and well maintained, with a clean and tidy appearance throughout. One of the highlights was the quiet location, which provided a peaceful retreat. The personal touch of having Heathers awesome cupcakes waiting for us on arrival added a special touch to our stay. The property offered plenty of space, making it perfect for our family to spread out and relax. Additionally, the location was fantastic, with easy access to any location. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We had a fantastic time and would loved to have stayed longer.

Beyond all expectations

Property located at the foot of the Adelaide hills so easy access for sight seeing and to town. Heather was A1 as a host showing us around her beautiful house and greeting us with yummy cupcakes. The place was spacious and very clean. The towels and linen first class. A/C needed in the cold and ducted to where it was necessary. Brilliant. Best property I have ever booked. No brainer not to stay here. The added extras left to be used freely were much appreciated.Thanks again Heather

Multi- generation haven

We had 5 adults all elderly and it was all we’d hoped for and more. A little further from town than we expected but the beautiful inclusions more than made up for it. The reserve opposite was a delight and outside area lovely for late afternoons. Amazing attention to detail. Wonderful host.
