A studio for up to 2 persons located in a strategic area a stone's throw from the sea in the very central San Eugenio Basso area.

The flat consists of a living room with kitchenette and two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed,

bathroom with bathtub and bidet, and a furnished terrace overlooking the sea. The complex also has free parking subject to

availability and WIFI in the common areas

Having stayed in many flats in Tenerife for the last 35 years. The overall facilities of this flat are poor. Kitchen not fit for purpose only one ring works, bathroom with foul smell & matter seeping from under toilet itself (after complaint to Sun Property, temporary repairs made). Sofa torn with stuffing coming out (unlike the picture). No cleaning for 16 day stay, bedding left for us to change. Beds are sagging. We rate the flat as 2 star. Sun Property (managing agent) were helpful but their hands appear to be tied with the owner having the wrong attitude and appears to be unwilling to spend money to maintain the flat to an acceptable standard.

Great location 2 mins down to Puerto Colon and 2 mins up the hill to San Eugenio shopping centre. Hotel was ok and the pool area was decent. Room very dated but was clean and large with a nice seaview balcony. Good value for money even if the pillows had seen better days.

The apartment was exactly as described in the advertisement. It had everything you need for a comfortable stay — perfect for getting your head down and using as a base. The location was excellent, the hotel staff were helpful, and the host was very responsive. Great experience overall!

Have stayed in property before I asked to be contacted by rep never happened did not get any internet whatsoever If i had been out on Saturday afternoon the place would have been flooded i spent my time mopping the place no thanks submited
