Was a bit warm in the room but really just needed a few hours of shut eye on our layover and that was perfect for that. Bit of confusion for first time internatiknal travelers on how to get through to the gates but we asked multiple until one helped us through security.

Everything was good, and breakfast was included. To reach the hotel from the transfer terminal, it’s a quick 5-10 minute walk—just follow the signs (clearer ones would be nice). Need to pass through security again to the hotel.

These are dishonest people. It is very convenient to have an in-terminal hotel, but since this is a monopoly owned by the airline, they can and will do whatever they want.

It was a very posh hotel room. New interior, great bathroom, and crisp fluffy bedding. It is INSIDE the international terminal so you do NOT have to go through customs to go there. The entrance to the hotel is literally right beside the "B" gates in International departures. We were leaving from gate B3 and it was right there. We stayed here during a long layover between international flights.
