Cozy Loft Pine Cabin with Lake and Crown Land Access | Pond Views | Dog-Friendly

This cozy loft cabin next to Crown land and on one of the best spring fed fishing lakes in Ontario. The cabin is located in the meadow by two large ponds with gorgeous views. The cabin sleeps four and is equipped with basic cooking supplies, a comfy queen bed with linens, a futon, dining table and kitchenette with toaster oven, coffee maker, indoor heater, potable water, and outdoor BBQ with side burner. There are comfortable lounge chairs, outdoor washroom facilities with full shower just a 10 mins walk away, outdoor washroom facility within a 1 mins walk, complementary canoes and kayaks, and lake access.

The cabin is unique as it has an upper loft with the queen bed and the futon is on the main level. This is an upgrade from tenting with a cozy space and use of the dry kitchenette to prepare meals. Great for rainy days as well since you have a warm dry cozy space to hand out and relax.

Hike on the extensive trails, photograph wildlife, bring your ATV or snowmobile, bring your boat and do some fishing, travel to Bancroft for local shopping or explore Bon Echo Provincial Park which is only an 1.5 hours away. We also offer pontoon tours of the lake or island drop offs for swimming.

The local marina sells camping essentials as well as Kawartha Dairy ice cream and the stars will take your breath away in the night sky while you are sitting around the cozy campfire.

There is an outdoor table, Muskoka chairs and fire pit. Firewood is provided for your first night and additional wood is available for purchase. Please do not bring outside wood into the camping area.

The property is located next to Crown land so they are is an abundance of wildlife; birds, turtles, wild turkeys, bald eagles, and breathtaking views.
