Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Our stay at this apartment was highly disappointing due to poor maintenance and lack of professionalism. Upon arrival, we discovered cockroaches in the unit, which is a major hygiene concern. Furthermore, the shower head was broken. Despite reporting this issue immediately, it was never addressed or fixed during our stay. To make matters worse, the point of contact was rude, accusative and dismissive of our concerns. I would not recommend staying here until management improves their communication and cleaning standards.

The quality of the room was terrible. Everything attached to the walls and ceiling seemed to be barely hanging on. They were poorly mounted. I requested an additional towel immediately upon checking in. It took over 24 hours to receive.
