Is dirty they sale Something completely different th picture of the room are completely different a what you get washer and dryer at the middle of the room whit no insulation floor dirty bathroom dirty hair on the shower from the last guest is the worse experience is my life

No tv service. Hot water was not always available. Bed is a boxspring. Air conditioner remote was broke. Oven/stove didn't work. Swimming pool area is not what advertise. I advise to pay the extra money it costs to stay at Emporio hotel, nearby.

stay here if you're fred flinstone. Horrible Hotel

decided to give this hotel another try. I should of stuck with my other disappointment of this hotel. 1st I had requested an earlier check in which the hotel approved upon arrival the night person at the desk charged me 500 pesos for checkin early. I was not given the room I had booked which was 2 beds and i was given a 1 bed. the beds are very old and uncomfortable like sleeping on a log bed. the pillows were thin as paper and im not exagerating. i requested extra pillows and was denied i was told they didnt have any. had no room service therefore no clean towels. i had made prepaid reservation and i was told the hotel could not charge my prepaid reservation with the virtual card that was provided. therefore i had to pay again with my personal card. and now im waiting to be refunded from my third party reservation. will not stay at this property ever again...

this was my 3rd time staying here. and it had been ok the other 2 times. this time the air-condition didn't work, the shower had either hot water or scalding water. in all 3 rooms that I was in. every time I called they sent a housekeeper to check nothing was done. I had booked for 7 nights only stayed 3 nights. I couldn't sleep my last night i had to move the couch right underneath the A/C in order to get some cool air. my room was non refundable and the hotel didn't have the courtesy to refund 3 nights. will never stay here again.

Nos gustó la ubicación y que cuenta con suites con cocina y doble habitación. Malo muy malo que, aunque "limpian" diario las chicas, el mantenimiento y condiciones del hotel son muy sucias, por ejemplo cortinas, cocina, canceles, ventiladores de techo. Un ventilador no funcionaba y el aire acondicionado solo había en la recamara. La tv a veces se veía y a veces no, lo mismo el Internet. Las habitaciones que dan hacia la calle de la plaza que está a un costado pésimas por el ruido que se mete a las 5:00am.

Reciben súper cortantes, como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor No te dan información de primera vez , como clave de internet, ubicación de alberca , no le explican al cuarto de junto que las puertas que conectan las habitaciones no se deben intentar abrir Me mandaron al segundo condominio en dónde no hay nadie en recepción y no llega el internet
