Everything was amazing! We got two apartments and we absolutely loved the view! However, for one of the rooms we did get a different view from what we originally asked for but it was still nice! The area it’s in is also very convenient and beautiful despite how busy it is. Overall the experience was amazing and we had a great time!

The service is very bad. For example, I wanted to change the bathroom towels. I called the information desk four times, and every time they told me they would change them. I spent six days in this miserable place, and the towels were not changed. I have never found a place worse than this in my entire life. I advise everyone not to repeat my miserable experience.

Disappointing Second Stay – Poor Service & Noise Issues This was my second stay JBR holiday seasons, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. 1. Unorganized Check-in Process – Three different staff members processed my check-in, and shockingly, one even rang my doorbell while I was sleeping. This lack of coordination was frustrating and intrusive. 2. Loud Early Morning Renovation – On the morning of February 7, construction noise started very early, disturbing my rest. I was not informed of any renovations beforehand, which was unacceptable. I expected better service, especially as a returning guest. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and disruptive environment made this stay unpleasant. I wouldn’t recommend this place until they improve their service and guest experience.

Overall apartment is good furniture is little old and their power circuits are bad. Was having a hard time charging US phones. Some of the circuits are not working apartment is a little old.

The bathrooms were stinking, and the problems were not solved. Instead of reaching to them multiple times we gave up at the end and accepted the stench. Apartment was oka but service is subpar at best. Bathroom sink leaked and flooded the bathroom, then sent someone the next day to fix the sink but he couldnt fix the terrible smell. Bathroom towels were dirty but next day we were given new set. Overall dissapointing start and later tried to pull it through. I hope you get lucky with happy season

Værelset og lejligheden var desværre ikke ordentligt rengjort ved ankomst, hvilket var skuffende. Det trak helhedsindtrykket ned, da vi havde forventet bedre standard. Til gengæld ligger stedet rigtig godt – tæt på stranden, restauranter og indkøbsmuligheder, hvilket gjorde det nemt at komme rundt og nyde området. Og vi kunne ikke checke ind den første dag, da de ikke har sendt koden til nøglen.

Das Apartment ist in einem schrecklich Zustand und sollte dringend renoviert werden, die Abflüsse in den Badezimmen stanken und es war leider auch sehr dreckig. An sich ist es aber eine super Lage, man kann alles schnell zu Fuß erreichen und der Balkon hat einen super Ausblick. Die Lobby wurde gerade renoviert und hoffentlich passiert dies auch mit dem Apartment, in dieses Zustand würden wir es auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen! Die Kommunikation mit dem Check-In und Check-Out verlief problemlos.

Apparment was excellent and suited to our need well. Furnitures were beatiful and functional. Other equipments were sufficient. Location is perfect for family holiday. Easy access to The Beach, public transportation is near, Marina Mall only a small walk away.

Ok older apartment

Good location with an excellent view of the walk, beach and ferris wheel. Bathrooms in poor condition, and dirty kitchen otherwise nice roomy older apartment. Slow lifts. Supermarket just outside. Cold pool in February.
