An ideal retreat for all those who want to relax in idyllic tranquillity, but don't want to miss out on the proximity to a wide range of leisure activities.
The approx. 40 m² Bergblick flat is perfect for 2 to 3 people and has its own staircase, entrance hall and storage room. It offers a large, comfortable living room with a cosy sofa bed and a large flatscreen TV. The spacious kitchenette is equipped with an electric hob, oven, microwave, kettle and a filter coffee machine. There is also a cosy dining area with a fabulous view of the mountains. A bedroom with two beds and a balcony with breathtaking views leave nothing to be desired.
The outside area of the flat has a balcony with garden furniture and awning, inviting you to linger. The garden is of course also accessible to our guests and offers a marvellous opportunity to enjoy the surrounding mountains in peace. The marvellous view of the Tennengebirge and the Karkogel, Abtenau's local mountain, is a highlight that will take your breath away.
Our location is unbeatably central and yet surrounded by soothing tranquillity, as our house is at the end of a cul-de-sac. Picturesque hiking routes start right on the doorstep. The village centre with its ski lifts, cross-country ski trails, summer and winter toboggan runs, mini golf, an adventure swimming pool and other leisure facilities is a maximum of 10 to 15 minutes' walk away. With the free Tennengau+Card and the Mobility Card, which you can obtain from us, you can also explore many excursion destinations in the surrounding area around Salzburg free of charge by bus and train, which also includes the ski bus.
