Need to get the water sorted out! Being told to have a shower at night rather than morning (due to low water pressure) is not acceptable and I understand this issue has been ongoing for some time.
Ok stay but expected a fridge, better coffee selection not basic Nescafé, no biscuits, no bottled water. I feel when you pay a price for a mid range hotel you should have these. Also the iron made black marks on my shirt too

Room was cold, shower head loose, toilet roll holder fell off the wall, basin virtually blocked
Room is spotless though and staff are excellent
Terrible stay due to hot water issues which were known about but not mentioned when booking, no working TV, toilet blocking and all furniture was threadbare. Also at breakfast lacklustre items and a lot not available.
Hotel was really nice,staff we're friendly.
Beds we're very comfortable but the only downside was a cold shower but receptionist did explain a boiler had packed up.

There was no hot water, room was cold and the tv kept turning off. We were not told at check in about the issue with the hot water until we complained and the staff said it had been an issue since Monday. They really should be telling customers this. Overall not a great experience and will be requesting a refund.
