No smiles at check in. The bathroom in the lobby had no lock and didn't flush. The pool was filthy. Our room 10 was extremely outdated. Had a leaning floor lamp, a table with NO chairs, hairdryer mount fell of f the wall, bathroom door knob very loose, toilet literally lifts off the floor, bathtub faucet loose, no smoke detector, the carpet had holes and snags in it, desk lamp didnot work, night stand lamp didn't work, both phones didn't work, sink did not have a plug and only one tiny bar of soap was provided (no shower gel) Convenient parking in front of room. Refrigerator and microwave were clean. Breakfast was average. Beware,,,, there are plenty of other hotels in the aera and worth the extra money. Don't stay here!

Our room was neglected! Upon entering the weather stripping on the entry door was coming off about 12 inches up. Hence, poor seal, the front of the Hvac unit under the window was covered with black lint that I cleaned with a towel, so we didn.t breath it in all night. I also removed the filters inside the Hvac unit and washed them in the bath tub. In the dresser, one end of the draw the side was coming apart. One of the fans in the bathroon made a lot of noise, the tub drain, plug was disconected , and the shower water transfer plug didn't work, Morning breakfast was a joke, Most the time there was no attendent, some days no coffee, no yogurt, waffle iron so dirty everything stuck you couldn't eat it. etc.

Evening staff was nice. Morning staff was tense. Room: Curtains were so far off the window people could see in. Carpet was torn all over. Carpet wasn’t vacuumed properly. Tile and countertop wasn’t mopped and wiped down. Sticky. Yuck. Chalking around toilet was just stacked and really messy. Like no care in the world. Same as tub. The shower faucet and head was loose. Chalking around shower faucet nasty. Shower head was corroded and leaking. Bed was comfortable but the pillows felt old and stiff. Really had hard time getting rest. That said, again curtains kept out absolutely no lighting. Location is good for shopping and food, but loud as all get out at night. This had been one of the worst stays I have ever had. TV was in awkward position and not viewable from table. Oh and the plug on the table was a potential electrical hazard. My charging plug wouldn’t stay in because so loose. The lamp switch was busted. This property is poorly maintained and I’m surprised for the price it wasn’t in better shape. If I could get my money back I would in a heartbeat.

Condition was okay and staff was okay. Only problem was the tv did not work on the second night. The tv worked fine the first night. I checked all connections. About 15 minutes later I got sound but know picture. Front desk couldn’t do anything and took note. Told the morning desk. Didn’t say or offer anything. The tv did come on that morning .Room 113.
