Where do I start. Firstly the room was a twin, without any notification. Then, whilst at the bar with 5 friends the barman in the middle of doing our round, served another man with drinks, on another round again half way through the barman walked away into the office, we were completely ignored by 3 other staff, finally we got our drinks. The water in our room was not replaced, when we asked for some more we were told, " we've run out". We will never use that hotel ever again.

There was coffee snatchers in the room but no kettle. The staff at breakfast were clearing my table before I’d finished when other tables were vacant if people but with dirty dishes in them. Made no sense.

Nice and Friendly

Free parking at hotel as well as paid parking for undercover. Staff were polite and friendly. The hotel was a little tired in places but overall a great place to relax.

It is an airport hotel and most people are only staying for 1 night. Bremen city centre is a 15 minute journey away on the number 6 tram. It was a good place to use as a base to explore Bremen and the surrounding areas. Cleaning services have to be requested from the reception desk. Staff seem to perform a number of roles. The free breakfast was 4am to 10am.

The stay at this property was terrible because their room ac was not working and they failed to provide fans. I have reached out to front desk for about four times and every time they refuse by mentioning that they can not help. The room was extremely hot since it was facing city and sun was up right there. Kids stay up all and we use cardboard to make handbags and help them survive through night. Terrible, experience and in the future I will never book any of the holiday inn facility.

The hotel was very disappointing and not to the standard I expect from holiday inn. The rooms & hotel were old, dark and run down. They offered tea ,& coffee facilities in room, but no kettle to boil water in. I would avoid this hotel, it's terrible.

Good night with few minor comments

We had a comfortable night breakfast was very busy on the one visit. Only one toilet roll in room. Only one towel in room. There was no bacon or sausage option on the breakfast buffet
