تغير الحجز من جناح الى غرفة

السلام عليكم للاسف قمت بحجز جناح عن طريق التطبيق وعند الوصول تفاجات بانها غرفة وليست جناح وعندما كلمت الاستقبال لانعرف هذا الموقع وتم تاخير اكثر من نصف ساعة بعدها اخبروني انه حجزي غرفة وليس كما هو بالحجز جناح (سويت) وللاسف تم اسكاني بغرفة وهذا ان دل على عدم مصدقية شقق المهيدب
