No interaction with the staff Room very basic, tired, ripped curtains, mixed ceiling tiles, old carpet, no cleaning of the room or buckets emptied whilst staying 2 nights. Would not recommend this hotel

Very dated room but clean. We had a deluxe suite with 2 double beds. The only complaint was that the room was freezing cold. Would gave been nice to have extra duvets. Room was very clean, great location. Bargain for the price. Spare duvets it the only recommendation

This is a very run down property that is used as emergency housing for the homeless and should not be described as a hotel. Very uncomfortable bed and very noisy.

As soon as you enter the room you can smell the stench from the carpet. Bathroom floor is mouldy. Mattress worn. Not recommended

I booked to stay here and upon seeing the conditions of the room I Went to the reception to request a refund. This was due to what I can only assume was bloodstains on the bed skirting. The billow was covered in stains. Then to top it all off a very large white plastic bag was tied around the smoke detector. And it wasn't subtle it was hanging very clearly. So they just didn't even look in the room or didn't care. The man on reception was adamant I would get my money back via Expedia. But, nope it would have to be through the hotel and they refused. I can't say enough how much I do not recommend this hotel.

This hotel does not match with the criteria in terms how advertised. The front end whilst looks professional the interior/halls were very poor and felt unsafe with my son. Also the toilet wouldn’t flush and the tv was broken. The inside door framed been broken/broken into.

Room could do with some minor touch ups as showing signs of wear but generally okay and for what I paid for 10 nights I would consider value for money. Very basic but I knew that when booking and as I was working away I just needed somewhere to sleep and shower and this was perfect for that. Bed was comfortable, staff friendly on reception and room was warm and cosy. Enjoyed the stay, would stay again next time i'm working up in Aberdeen. Little co-op shop just down the road and the highstreet a couple of mins walk away so a decent location. Thank you for a pleasant stay.
