Mostly excellent. The staff were tremendously helpful. Parking is not the most convenient but nearby regardless; it is the garage for the train station right next door.

Everything was excellent. Great room, convenient location, and professional service. It has the feel of a hotel geared to business travelers. I would stay there again without a moment’s hesitation. The only thing missing was any warmth. The staff does not stand or sit out at the front desk, greeting guests as they enter or leave. They come out from the glass paneled office when they see someone requiring assistance. They are unfailingly professional and helpful, but very formal.

Our stay at Mercure was simply amazing. We felt very welcomed, the room was wonderful, and the breakfast was delicious. The location right next to the train station was incredibly convenient. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Nancy!

Great Hotel in the center of it all!

Nancy is a beautiful City, filled with culture and lots of great restaurants. We enjoyed the night in this Hotel. It was very central and we were able to get to the great sites within a couple minutes walk.
